What is Egg Donation?
Egg donation is the process by which a donor provides her eggs to be fertilized with sperm from the intended father or a sperm donor. The resulting embryo is transferred to the intended mother's uterus, or to a gestational surrogate, allowing you to carry and birth your child.
For many intended parents, egg donation is the bridge between a fertility diagnosis and parenthood. It is one of the most clinically successful paths in assisted reproduction, and our program is built around making that success as personal, supported, and transparent as possible.
Our Donor Selection Process
Every donor in our program has completed a multi-stage screening process before their profile is available to you. This includes a full medical history review, genetic carrier screening, psychological evaluation by a licensed counselor, infectious disease testing, ovarian reserve assessment, and a personal interview with our medical team. We do not accept donors who do not pass every stage. When you see a donor profile in our program, you are seeing someone we have vetted completely, because your confidence in the match matters.

Consultation and Profile Brief
You share your preferences including physical characteristics, education, personal values, and health background, and we build your donor brief.
Donor Profile Review
We present a curated shortlist of donors who match your brief. Profiles include medical background, psychological evaluation summary, personal statement, and photos where permitted by jurisdiction.
Selection and Legal Agreements
Once you select a donor, legal agreements are executed by experienced reproductive attorneys on both sides. Anonymity levels and contact preferences are documented clearly.
Stimulation and Retrieval
The donor undergoes hormonal stimulation under close medical supervision. Egg retrieval is performed by our partner fertility clinic's specialists.
Fertilization and Embryo Transfer
Retrieved eggs are fertilized in the lab using your partner's sperm or donor sperm. Resulting embryos are graded, and the highest-quality embryo is transferred to you or your surrogate.
Pregnancy Confirmation and Support
Your coordinator supports you through the two-week wait, pregnancy confirmation, and first-trimester milestones. We remain available to you throughout.
Anonymous vs. Known Donation
We offer both anonymous and identity-release donor arrangements, depending on your preferences and the legal framework of your jurisdiction. Our team will explain the implications of each option clearly, including what information may be accessible to your child when they reach adulthood. We believe in informed decision-making. Whatever you choose, we will ensure your choice is documented properly and protected legally.
